By accessing this website or requesting a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not submit an enquiry form.
Services described
TechNet Drive provides employment consulting related to job search and EU Blue Card guidance for international professionals in Germany. Descriptions on this site are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope and fees in writing (including email).
No legal or immigration representation
Our advice is consulting support for job search and preparation. It is not legal representation before courts or immigration authorities, and it does not guarantee employment, visa issuance, or residence permits.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding belong to TechNet Drive or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission. Materials we prepare for you under a paid engagement are licensed for your personal job-search use.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents you provide. You must not use the site to submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TechNet Drive is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or from employment or immigration decisions made by you, employers, or authorities. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under German law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the competent jurisdiction for Mitterteich, Freistaat Bayern, Germany shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The version published on this page applies from its update date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
