Refunds, cancellations & rescheduling

Eligibility for refunds

Fees cover advisory time and deliverables. Refunds depend on how much work has started and whether cancellations meet the notice periods below.

Timeframe to request a refund

Refund requests should be sent to hello@technetdrive.digital within 14 days of the charge you dispute, or within 7 days after a missed deliverable deadline we confirmed in writing—whichever is later.

Full refunds

A full refund is available if you cancel in writing before we begin document review or hold the first live session, and before any draft materials are delivered. If we cancel an engagement for reasons on our side and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within 21 days, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for unfinished work.

Partial refunds

If you cancel after intake review has started but before the first live session is completed, we may retain up to 30% of the engagement fee for preparation already performed and refund the remainder. For multi-stage packages, unused later stages may be refunded proportionally after deducting completed stages at the rates listed on the fees page.

Non-refundable items

• Completed live sessions (eligibility calls, coaching sessions)
• Delivered written memos, Lebenslauf drafts, or shortlists already sent to you
• Third-party costs you authorised separately (for example sworn translation fees paid to translators)

Refund process

Email us with your name, invoice reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and decide within 10 business days after reviewing the engagement file.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You may reschedule a live session once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Shorter notice or a second reschedule may forfeit that session fee. No-shows without notice are treated as a completed session.

Deposits

Where a deposit reserves a start date for flagship guidance, it is applied to the final invoice. Deposits become non-refundable once document intake begins, except where we cancel the engagement.

Work already started

If substantial written work is underway, we invoice for completed portions and refund only unused prepaid stages.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer cooling-off rights under German or EU law remain unaffected where they apply to distance contracts for services, subject to deductions for services expressly requested and performed during the cooling-off period.
