Data we collect

When you submit a consultation request we process your name, email address, preferred consultation type, optional region, and the content of your message. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and timestamps. If you consent to analytics cookies, aggregated usage data may also be processed as described on our cookies page.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to enquiries and delivering consulting services — performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Operating and securing the website — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Optional analytics — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Meeting bookkeeping or legal obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become clients are typically retained up to 24 months. Client engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement and thereafter as required for tax and commercial record-keeping under German law, generally up to ten years for invoicing documents.

Recipients and processors

We use hosting and email providers acting under processing agreements where required. We do not sell personal data. Documents you share for eligibility review are accessed only by consultants working on your matter.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable under the GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including in Bavaria or your EU member state of residence.

Children

Our services are directed to adults seeking skilled employment. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
